Conjuguinho support

Conjuguinho is developed by Daniel Braithwaite. For a bug, a Portuguese correction, an idea or a privacy request, send a message using the Conjuguinho feedback form.

Only your message is required. An email for a reply is optional. Nothing from the app is attached automatically. For a problem, describe what happened, what you expected and the relevant screen, verb or lesson. You can manually include the app and iOS versions shown in Settings → Feedback & privacy → About this version. Please do not include passwords or payment details. Google processes the form and response under its privacy policy.

What is free?

The free app includes a fixed set of 50 essential verbs and three complete lessons: Ser or estar?, Who does the action?, and Describe habits and current situations. You can practice that content as often as you like. Saving or studying a verb does not consume an allowance.

What does Full version include?

One non-consumable purchase unlocks all 896 verbs and all 35 lessons currently included in Conjuguinho. There is no subscription. Apple's localized price appears before you buy. Free and paid content is bundled with the app, so learning does not require a content download.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Settings → Full version → Restore purchases. Use the Apple Account that originally purchased Full version. A connection to Apple's services may be required. You can also open the Full version offer from locked content. Restoration recovers purchase access; it does not transfer practice history from another device.

If the price or purchase cannot load, try again when Apple's services are reachable. Your existing free learning content remains available. For billing or a refund, use Apple's purchase support; Conjuguinho cannot charge, cancel or refund an Apple transaction itself.

Where is my progress?

Your answers, saved sessions and history are stored on your iPhone. The developer has no copy to restore. An unfinished practice or lesson can be resumed from the app when available. Device backups may include app data according to your Apple settings; Conjuguinho does not provide cross-device progress sync.

Settings → Reset progress replaces your active learning record. Local recovery copies may remain, so this action is different from removing app storage. Avoid deleting the app as a troubleshooting step if you want to preserve local progress. If a save or recovery error appears, keep the app installed and describe the message through the feedback form.

Reminders, diagnostics and optional sharing

Daily reminders are optional local notifications. Change the schedule in Settings → Daily reminder and manage notification permission in iOS Settings.

This version has no configured usage-summary service and sends no usage summaries, so Settings → Feedback & privacy does not offer usage sharing. Learning and purchase access work without it. If sharing becomes available in a future version, its recipient, fields, retention and controls will be explained before you choose whether to enable it. Apple's crash/analytics choices are separate, under iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

These support and privacy pages are hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub logs visitor IP addresses for security, even without GitHub sign-in. Our pages add no analytics scripts or cookies. See the privacy policy for hosting, feedback, Apple services and privacy-request options.
